5. Order Preparation, Fulfillment, and Shipping
Our standard order-processing period is 2–4 business days (up to 5 business days during peak seasons). Qormiva™ applies a standard $5.99 flat shipping fee per order unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Customers needing to cancel an order or correct delivery details should contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at service@qormiva.com.
We offer a standard 30-calendar-day return window after delivery for eligible products. Preference-based returns require products to be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. When items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we provide appropriate remedies in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
7. International Orders and Import Duties
International shipments may be sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties, customs assessments, and local taxes imposed by destination authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
